VEGAN CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM IF YOU LOVE ICE CREAM AS MUCH AS I DO, THIS TREAT WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY. HERE IS THE CHOCOLATE VERSION OF MY VEGAN ICE CREAM. YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE WITH CAROB POWDER FOR AN AIP COMPLIANT SNACK. Ingredients:3 frozen bananas5 frozen strawberries1 tbsp cinnamon powder2 tbsp cacao powder or carob powder150 ml dairy free milkCarob chips or cacao nibsSteps:Peel 3 ripe bananas, prepare 5 strawberries and let them freeze for more than 4 hours.On a good blender add frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, cinnamon, cacao powder and 150 ml of dairy free milk (my favorite). I use coconut milk or oat milk.Blend for 30 seconds and do not add more milk. You can use a spatula to move mix around and keep blending until a good texture is seen. Our favorite blender here.Split ice cream mix in 2 small mason jars or ice cream mugs and let it freeze for 2-3 hours.After a few hours you are ready to eat your ice cream!
