Cameron Brownley (Shine Family Chiropractic) and Kelley Toms (Lotus Path Health & Wellness Center) here to invite you to participate in the Transylvania Health & Wellness Fair that we are organizing to be hosted at Deerwoode Reserve.
Transylvania Health & Wellness Fair DETAILS:
Date: Sunday June 1st, 1pm-4:30pm.
Deerwood Reserve's Mayes Event Center: 395 Riversedge Rd, Brevard, NC 28712.
*Health Practitioners and Wellness Advocates would arrive to set up at 12pm which could give us some time to connect with each other prior to the community doors opening at 1pm!
We would love to connect with you all and join us in showing the Transylvania community all of our amazing Health and Wellness Practitioners & Advocates. There are so many of us here in Transylvania county and admittedly part of our inspiration for this event is getting connected with YOU! We suspect many of you all might feel the same. Every year new practitioners and new businesses move into the area and there is really no place or event that all of us convene to connect and get to know each other, our services, and specializations. We would love to get the information of those interested in this event (and for future Health & Wellness meetups) in response to this announcement!
1. Please fill out the Google Form if you would like to be put on our Transylvania Health & Wellness Community Contact List. This is also the Vendor Application Form for the Fair event itself. You can forward this email or the Google Form link above to other practitioners or advocates who serve alongside you in our Transylvania county community!
We plan to use this for future health & wellness connection events and also as a reference for Dionne and Scott at Deerwood Reserve who will be hosting wellness retreats in the future (we are working with them to provide options to those of you who are interested in wellness retreats!)
If you would like to sign up for the event there is a $50 vendor investment for a 10x10sq ft space. If you host a list of 4+ practitioners/advocates, then we will have a larger space option available for you at $80. These fees help us cover the rental fee of the Mayes Event Room. After you have filled out the Google form and payed the fee we can reserve your space!
*Deadline for slot reservation on or before Sunday, May 11th. Vendor slots are available on a first come first reserve basis.
Some of you may be interested in participating in the Transylvania Health & Wellness Fair event within a larger organization, yet you yourself have your own business within that space. We are interested in receiving your specific contact and business information separately so that we can put together a more comprehensive community list for future events and networking. Within the Google Form there is an option to clarify this.
Thank you so much for who you are, what you do, AND all of the blessings you bring with your gifts and services to this community! Attached is the flyer to hand out, hang up and post on socials to help us get the community out to meet us and learn what is available and waiting for them. Please also forward this email to anyone you think might be interested. We will update you with more specific information closer to the actual event.
